Policy review

I received the annual policy renewal at the beginning of the month and I called for a review on the 17/07/2023, I spoke to a Senior Advisor by the name of Busisiwe Sithole who assisted me with the review. My policy was reviewed from a possible increased premium of R1,873.43 to R1,465.66. I am currently paying R1,552.49 which means that my premium has reduced by R86.83. I know that Miway a potential of further reducing my premiums. With the current economic climate, we cannot cope and also we cannot risk not having insurance as we do not know what might happen on the roads. I have been with Miway for 13 years and I was hoping to receive a massive reduction, but what can we say? with the little reduction that I received with the same benefits in place. I am not complaining. Miway has been good to me however on the issue of referrals is not make sure, I have referred a friend who took the cover and paid the premium but I am yet to receive the voucher. Thanks to Busisiwe Sithole who has promised to escalate the matter and provide feedback. Mme Sithole I appreciate your efforts
