Policy Review

I requested a cancellation of my policy online two weeks ago. I didn't get a response. I tried to call and all the agents were unavailable. I was so furious. Seitshiro called me around 07:17 today and assisted me. The most important thing I liked about the service he rendered, he apologized and explained why I couldn't get help in time and I understood. He also recognized the fact that I am a an old customer , he can't let me leave just like that. I felt special and important. Thank you for the service.
