Policy Retention

Vuyiswa Cele has managed to call me back and firmed up the service contract that I was about to cancel. This was after paying just two premiums on a new policy. I was informed to install a new vehicle tracking device on my car and cede the agreement to MiWay. Which I did. I even sent the installation certificate to a few people. But I was still getting SMS stating that I am not covered because I hadn't sent the certificate. That was my reason for wanting to cancel the policy. You cannot take my money and refuse to cover my car.

She was very polite and assuring and I am keeping my agreement with MiWay.
