Policy renewed - Excess increaced by R3250!
Policy renewed email - read carefully, as I assumed it was your premium that increased but now after a claim read that my excess (that when signing on stated I wanted it to be R1000) was not, after only 12 months it is R4250! and its my fault for not reading the email properly. How can you increase it by email and by R3250 with in a year!
