Policy Premiums review

On the 31st of March 2015, i received my policy schedule from Miway which is an annual review of my policy which came with a price increased of my premiums, i called the call centre and my call was picked up by Dikeledi, we spoke about my increased premiums which i was not happy about, since me and her couldn't come to an agreement, she then decided to transfer me to senior staff member by name of Thabang, i was on the verge of cancelling my policy to join other service providers, but after the review that Thabang did, i can just say i'm happy, my premiums and excess has been reduced from the premium that i was to start paying in May , i'm looking forward to being their clients for years to come.
