POLICY NOT CANCELLED AS REQUESTED

I contacted MiWay end of January 2015 to cancel the insurance on my wife's car reg no : WHV344GP. The person who helped me assured me that the insurance will only be valid until the 03 March 2015. I then arranged new cover from the 04 March 2015.<br> <br> This morning I phone just to make sure that everything was in order as organised.<br> <br> The consultant said that he can't pick up anything like this on the system and that it was never done? After asking to speak to a manager I got put on hold and just left on hold.<br> <br> We will not be paying another month's premium as everything was done from our side to give 30 days notice.
