Policy is cancelled but they still deduct

I cancelled our insurance policy with Miway at the beginning of January 2016. Miway contacted my wife to establish if we are going to cancel her life policy as well. The answer was yes and she asked for confirmation if the insurance policy was cancelled. The assistant confirm that the police has been cancelled. At the end of February 2016 the \new\" insurance deducted their money and I noticed that Miway is still deducting money. We (my wife and I) called them several times and send them mails to determine what is going on. Up to now I did not receive any satisfactory answers and must call them back on Monday. I am not sure how much time and money I must spend to rectify someone else's mistake"
