Policy increase nightmare

My policy with MiWay was due for renewal, and I called them to inform them that the premium was still very high as I am still working from home. I was then called by Ernest who then informed me that I would get a discount from R1294.45 to R1055.65. Of course I was excited, only that the excitement was short-lived when I received the updated policy documents stating that my policy has been updated from R1055 to R1294.65. I subsequently sent MiWay an email querying this, and there was no response. I called MiWay this morning(12/01/2021) and spoke to Nhlamulo. He promised to call me back and never did, instead I received another updated policy document stating that my premium has been increased from R1067.67 to R1294.65. I have never paid a premium of R1067.67 to MiWay, where do they get that information from? I have been a loyal client to MiWay for them to thumb-suck premiums that I know nothing of. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the treatment I am receiving from MiWay, I am considering leaving them. I will be checking other insurers a.s.a.p. DISGUSTING!!!
