Policy enquiry

<p>Ever since I started my insurance policy with you, I've has consistently God and friendly service. That all was brought to an end when, I had an enquiry and phoned your policy services department. I spoke to a lady named Precious, who had the worst attitude ever. She was dismissive. </p> <p> </p> <p>You would be able to listen to the call. Little or no security details were confirmed, which, at the end of the call made me doubt how secure my details are, anyone could have accessed my details. Didn't even feel like a competent representative was assisting.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thumbs down</p>
