Policy doesnt get debited on time no one is saying anything to me they have been unfair for me and my family for long now im very unhappy.

My name is Eunice Shabangu i have a my way life insurance and funeral cover with My way Life i have had a very bad experience with them they dont debit my account on the agreed date they just debit anyday the next thing they send you an email your have been cancelled but i leave money in my account for them to debit they have been doing this three times ever since i have opened an insurance with them putting me and family at risk.
