Policy Cover

On the 25th of September, I received a call from Absa saying that they don't see my car being insured by any insurance company and therefore have to send them proof of my policy cover of which I have with Miway. I contacted my way and asked them to email me my proof of which they did on the 6th of October 2015. The only problem I saw on the cover is that they had written some of the important information regarding my vehicle wrong. I called them back the following day regarding my finding, but got no help. Until yesterday when I spoke to Nokuthula who helped me tremendously . I`m grateful for her assistance in this matter and she is still assisting me still with some unresolved issues with my policy.. Thank you Nokuthula Nshembeni and keep up the good job.. She was kind sweet and helpful.. I thank you
