Policy changes - Nompumelelo Madonsela

Miway must the most professional, friendly and helpful call centre. Thought I was going to be on the phone for at least an hour to get one thing done.. and to my surprise it only took 5 minutes. Even had my new changed policy in my email box as soon as I put the phone down. Call centre agent was extremely helpful in explaining finer details of my changes and what I should select to get maximum cover. Thank you Nompumelelo, you were absolutely awesome.
