Policy cancelled without my knowledge

After a traumatic experience of being hijacked-I had a horrible experience with Miway from the 1st step of logging the claim till the end where they decided to cancel my policy without my knowledge. Only when I called to enquire about why i was getting a premium refund, I'm told that my policy was cancelled. So im going around with a car thats not insured without my knowledge. Im holding for 10 mins- no one can explain to me why my policy was cancelled. I was uneasy during the whole claim process due to their service that i had already started doing quoations because Miway is *********. They treat you like a suspect during tje claim process then make you drive around in an uninsured car thinking that its insured
