policy cancelled without my approval
So a pair of *********** call centre agents called Katlego and Pontso had my car insurance cancelled because they couldn't get hold of me at the time i had stipulated. WOW, for 2 months I'm driving around with no car insurance and I had only called in to remove the scratches and dents feature. Never again!!!
