Policy cancelled by vindictive, unprofessional and childish person

<p>Dealing with a general complaint/ feedback that I logged 2 or 3 weeks prior. Have had communications with Lebo Mokgalo re the way forward and how we can find common ground.</p> <p>On 8 March Simphiwe Motau called me re premium increases of which I didn’t understand why such a matter came up while we’re still dealing with Lebo re the unresolved issues so I was clearly unhappy about her timing. I indicated that at the rate the company is going maybe I should cancel my policy. She said “ok, so should I cancel your policy”? I put the phone down in her ear as she was just going on and on, I was frustrated by this whole thing , and that was the last of the conversation.</p> <p>Lebo called me the next day and we continued engaging re my complaint. She said that she would escalate the matter and get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>At around 16:00 on 20 March, 2 Weeks later after not getting any feedback from Lebo, of which I figured, would include the policy increment etc. I called to follow up only to find that Simphiwe cancelled my policy stating that it was per my request, effective on 29 March 2017. Just like that. I didn’t receive any confirmation or communication from Miway re this. Nothing whatsoever so had it not been for my follow up re another outstanding matter I would not have known that this vindictive, unprofessional and childish person, all because I put the phone down in ear, tookit upon herself to take a statement,” that maybe I should cancel my policy” / not request that I made and run with it. She didn’t even call me back to get the conclusion for record purposes and all.</p> <p>Miway before you respond. Please go through the email I send re my initial complaint and listen to the recordings of all the mentioned instances, including this one and the one dated 20/03/2017, and you will see that these are the exact examples I was referring to, of individual attitudes and personalities and the lack of accountability, as I doubt Simphiwe would have done this had she thought there would be repercussions, is currently your biggest threat.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
