Policy cancellation
Good day,<br> <br> I am trying to cancel my insurance policy but a certain department seems to be busy and it cannot be processed. Was promised a call back but due to the amount of posts regarding clients not being called back I decided to see if I can get a quicker response on this platform. I also tried to cancel the policy online but the webpage comes up with a message that states \Sorry
