Policy canceled, but debit order not refunded!!!
Client Number : 180319 Policy Number : ********** 9 N.B. Policy cancelled due to over charging for my "new' car. Got better premium elsewehere and was advised that it was a tad late to stop the debit order. The debit order went off on the 25th, it's now the 27th and Miway has NOT refunded me.
I had to call in today to asked about it, then i'm told i must get a bank statement and it will take up to 7 days...
YOU KNEW ABOUT IT, WHY DIDN'T YOU IMMEDIATELY REFUND ME, now i am being inconvenienced! this is unacceptable.
