Policy assistance through call centre

A lady by the name of Musa from Miway assistance me to resolve the debit order from Miway. This happened after I called the insurance few times and I was getting frustrated. She manage to resolve this in one simply call and all the money that was deducted from my account has since been return to my account. I have also decided against cancelling my policy with Miway.
