Policy assistance in changing the debit order date

I Ms. Gonsalves phoned MIWAY to request if I could change my debit order to an EFT payment.<br> I was transferred to David Nkotsi he said that MIWAY only made use of Debit order and explained to me<br> that he could change my debit order date and that there would be an additional charge to the amount due to <br> the fact that the date would be extended for 3 days.<br> <br> He was very friendly, well informed and completed my request within a few minutes.<br> <br> Thanks for your great service David!!!<br> <br> Regards<br> J.
