When I think about great service, it’s about how you take every interaction you have with the customer and use that as a way to improve their perception of your Organization. With this quote: I would like recognize Mpho Marutla for going beyond the call of duty every time I deal with his more than willing to stop everything to assist with my policy. I had to huge complain before dealing with him because MIWAY has a tendency of ignoring clients requests when send via email. One thing that stands out for me about Mpho is the willingness to assist clients, not even once he complained that it’s after hours, but he just gave me a reassurance that he assist me until I’m satisfied. I have never engaged with someone who looks forward to resolving every clients query in an instant regardless of circumstances allows him or not. His consistency, follow up and time keeping spoke volume to me. He set a realistic customer expectation and not just to meet it but exceed it in an unexpected and helpful ways. I hope he hangs around the company because not only his going to give the next generation the best service but his going to give Legendary service with the pace his going at. His Best customer service left quite an impression, I hope he does the same to other customers @Mpho Be the Best you are so we want to see it again and again and Bring our Friends to come see for themselves.
