Policy Address Change & Great Service

Called the Call Centre to update my new address details and I ended the call with a cheaper month instalment. Apart from the reduced monthly rate, the service agent Sicelo was pleasure to deal with due to his lively personality, patience, clear explanation and enjoyed that he did not sound scripted like a robot.
