Plumber sent by MiWay charges R550/hour 😳

Needed a plumber to assist with a water leak. It’s disappointing that MiWay sent me a plumber that charges R550/hour after the 1 hour that MiWay covers. It’s cheaper and best to just get your own plumber privately because some repair jobs can take several hours to fix and those plumbers don’t come with any materials, they need to still go to the hardware store to buy materials to fix the problem. The benefit for home assistance is basically useless and works out expensive. It would make sense if Miway would subsidise the hourly rate, but as is, MiWay doesn’t get involved in what those plumbers charge. I suggest you look at this benefit differently MiWay.
