Please stick to the agreement

Please stick to the debit agreement which is the last day of the month, not any other day you feel it's necessary to fiddle with my account. I've made a change of payment date well in advance but you just debit any given time. I am even terrified to leave my money in my account because of disorganized vultures like you.
