Please help
Afternoon, this is a bit of a late complaint but Miway needs to explain to me HOW they define wheel caps being an accessory to a vehicle especially when it the standard - off the production line - rims issued on all Toyota Etios. I had mine ****** a while ago and when I inquired about claiming, I was advised to get a quote from Toyota, which I did. After all the paperwork was submitted I was advised they don't pay claims for it because it an accessory to the car.<br> <br> PLEASE ASSIST.
