Please Hello Peter remove this star if it is possible

I called in today around 13:10 consultant told me that Miway does not have a complaint email address and I must use Hello Peter to complain.

I'm so frustrated that Miway can not give feedback to their clients. My claim was referred to the legal team however I have never received any feedback. Why would I be the one following up with a law firm? I'm not the law firm client or maybe it is the culture of Miway not to give feedback to their clients?
