Please don't waste your time with MiWay
I can't believe the pathetic service of Miway! I got into contact with you regarding an incident that happened on the 21st October already and to date NOTHING has happened, NO communication. I even had a dealer ask one of your sales agents to request someone to call me twice but still nothing. You are so quick to sell this insurance to everyone but your after sales service is non existent.

13 Nov 2023, 11:34I am still waiting on your "the right team" to contact me. Sorry but I'm moving my insurance I can't deal with this pathetic service. I pay my installments religiously every month and now that I try to claim MiWay is nowhere to be found!

21 Nov 2023, 10:46I've decided to cancel my insurance with MiWay. I can't believe the service of this company. Please don't waste your time. They are very quick to sign you up but try to make a claim ...they disappear.
