Please do Not place your business with MiWay Motor Insurance
I cannot recommend this company, please do not place your business with MiWay; Yes the monthly premium is friendly to the purse, however their word not and neither is their policy document! I have confirmed my shortfall is in place, which it was, however when I had an unfortunate incident and the car was written off, there is a shortfall on the shortfall!!, so I still owe the bank about R4000.00 on the shortfall amount due to their calculations and formula they use - to me it borders non-disclosure of information. Perhaps the Ombudsman will be able to understand how can I a shortfall on a shortfall.., Please do not place your business with MiWay Motor Insurance..,
