Pleasantly surprised by the good service

I called to cancel my policy and was assisted by Letlhogonolo(Snr Advisor). After being a bit irritated by the questioning to confirm my current policy details, she enquired if I would not want to keep my household content cover and talked me through the options. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with her calm tone and demeanor that I ended up agreeing to the change in policy rather than the outright cancelation. Well done Letlhogonolo! Rgds, Patrick
