PLEASANT SERVICE FROM CONSULTANT : ELISA NXUMALO WHO WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO ASSIST ME

<p>i am a new client of my way & i have my own personal insurance broker who i have making aware of things that might not be right from my emailed policy document & sadly so the initial insurance consultant didnt have much time as she handled my brokers referral as sales .</p> <p>On the 25th @ 10.50 i directly contacted Miway & i was helped by Elisa Nxumalo & after i gave her details for my policy to be amended my premium increased & i indicated to her that i could have used another competitor over them as i got same quotation but chose Miway as they are giving me lower excess .</p> <p>She informed me that she will escalate my concern to her Manager & will negotiate the increased premium .</p> <p>She returned back to me with even a Lesser amount & i with more benefits</p>
