Pleasant customer service experience

I received great service from Mmina this afternoon.<br> <br> Not only was she helpful, but she really went out of her way to find a favourable solution for me as Miway's client. <br> <br> Throughout the 22 minutes call, she kept on coming back to the phone a couple of times apologising for keeping me on hold but at the same time reassuring me that they are busy working on a solution.<br> <br> Mmina was very pleasant to deal with, very professional and I hope that her enthusiasm gets rewarded.<br> <br> Thanks and Kind Regards,<br> Cleo Molepo<br> <br>
