pleasant attitude from agent Ramasela & two other gentlemen

<p>Had an accident yesterday and was assisted by one agent & the problem was not resolved but contacted the insurer again only to find out the was an error on the information & the towing issue was resolved by agent Ramasela with grace as she always checked in to check if I had been assisted and if I was satisfied.Thanks to her my car was parked in a safe storage.</p>
