Placed on ITC by mistake

My son wanted to get some credit on his name as he started working, he is 19 and found out that he is on ITC and a judgement on his name. He never had credit or app**** for credit before this.<br> Found out that is was a case from MiWay that he was involved with still under my name and the issue with the third party was never resolved. The third party summonsed my son and we then mailed the documents to the legal department of MiWay and they said they will sort it out. This was about one year ago.<br> So from the 14th of July 2015 I have been struggling to get his name taken off ITC as he can not even rent a flat on his name because of the judgement on his name and it is not even his fault. Every time I phone MiWay they say speak to the atorney we can not assist you, how nice passing the buck now I sit with the problem and MiWay does not care, the attorney does not work for me he works for MiWay so it feel as is I am wasting my time phoning him and for the last three weeks I can not even get hold of him, I will not mention the name of attorney as I still feel this is MiWays responsibility to sort out and not mine to phone the attorney every day. Still not sorted.
