PIRATE PARTS

I have now been trying to get Miway to pay out for the damage caused by their client over two months ago, then they eventually make me an offer to repair my vehicle..... WITH PIRATE PARTS. Why do we pay so much every month on insurance if they only prepared to pay for **** parts on our vehicles????? When I contacted a manager, I get told that I must go sort it out with the panelshop not with Miway. I will not settle for pirate parts on my vehicle. Miway is the worst insurance company I have dealt with, I am so glad I moved my insurance away from them, now I remember why I moved.
