<p>What an uplifting feeling,! It was like she was waiting for my call. As I was expecting to wait on the call for minutes before someone answers, she lively but politely welcomed me. The minutes that follow ed were dominated by friendly chatting with occasional chuckles. Professionally giving me an overview of my policy and warning me about non disclosure of changes.
