Phenomenal service

on 22nd June i came across a challenge with my vehicle where it just got stucked in the middle on Rosslyn Road on the way from work. As stressfull as I was a called Miway knowing that i have an insurance cover with them....came through Tshepiso Phole (MiWay representative) if I have to measure this guys service that he provided shoooo.... beyond measure. He was great at what he was doing calling and checking on me every 15 minutes as i have eluded that i am scared due to it was dark and there were no lights at the spot where i got stucked. Took it up by himself with the service provider when they wanted me to pay extra cost for distance query that i was puzzled of of which I almost did pay. But then thanks to such a fantastic individual execellency like Tshepiso who insured that I was protected and never being unfairly treated and taken adavantage of. And my car was towed safely home and he still called back to ensue that i am safely arrived...oh he advised me to boil the kettle and have a cup of tea:-)

Then saying so on saturday 24th after the mechanic confimed that the vehicle need to be booked into the workshop byNissan, I thought of my Help MiWay then I came across another helpful fantastic soul - Patrick Mbalati. He was so sharp that within a 5 minutes i had a call from the service provider asking for the location where to collect the vehicle...however i had to extend to monday due to the workshop closes at 12 on weekend. But still then Patrick called me back and gave me an auurance that by Monday all is in order. To top up to the excellency service that Patrick provided He still called me today monday morning around 9 to make a follow up with me. I am greatful and thankful for so much care. He really made me feel not like just a client but part of MiWay family. Ngiyabinga baba.

My little precious experience with Ntokozo this morning.

To cut the story short, I called MiWay early hours of this morning 26/06 to follow up and advise the new Nissan location to take my vehicle as the Rossly workshop is no longer active. Have to say i came across to such a bad attitude lady that her name cannot really ring a bell. Our conversation was not pleasant and eventually i had to cut off the call. As irritated and upset i was after the call, I still gave it another shot to call MiWay again hoping not to go throug her line again...guess what I came across to another pleasant I am here for you attitute soul .....Ntokozo. I pleaded my case with him. Our conversation did not even took even 2 minutes He was already committed to go extra mile and assist me.

He called me back as he promised. He told that i dont have to pay a cent to move my car from my place to Nizzan Gezina and engaged with the service provicer to desptach the truck.

As we currently speak my husband just confirmed that the truck has arrived and towed the vehicle to Gezina.....Thanks a million to representives like Tshepise, Patrick and Ntokozo.

You make our life much easier and less stress.

Ndiyabulela, Kea Leboga, Dankie Baie.
