Phenomenal Customer Service by ELITE staff
Had a mind- blowing customer service experience with two customer service consultants Miway Thabiso- impeccable etiquette & manners mixed with a great sense of humor- 10/10. Secondly, Mashuda- what a GEM of a person- went out of her way to facilitate a near impossible task, that of @ 2pm advising me that a ****** cellphone claim has been approved then arranging the retailer to agree to going out of their route to deliver the phone to my son. You 2 have to be rewarded as Customer Service Champions for 2023. Miway-Your Way-Our Way !!!
