The best service I have ever received from an insurance company. A gentleman by the name Phemelo Khunou, is an outstanding individual and has managed to do the impossible not only from a policy point of view but also from a service point of view. I was ready to change insurance companies, due to bad customer service, until I spoke to him. I wish all the employees at MiWay would take a page out of his book. Passion, dedication and honesty are words I can best use to describe Phemelo Khunou.
