Phemelo great consultant

Have just had a discussion with Phemo Khunou at Miway where i was actually canceling my policy as i had received a very competitive premium and my 20 odd minutes conversation with Phemelo has completely changed me and i have decided to stay with Miway. Phemelo went over and above discussing all the items i have with them? How he can reduce certain items, excesses etc and what was most impressive and the deciding factor was that my total premium reduced drastically and i actually received more benefits from Miway. A huge thank you to the Miway team and Management and specifically Phemelo and the way he conducted himself. What a great experience this phone call was.
