Personal Accident Cover Not Paid To Date

My Name s Mosala Kori, my dad passed away on a car accident this year on the 29th of Jan 2020, he had a personal accident cover with miway life which was still active the time he passed away, I communicated with the people of miway on the 7th Feb about the claim whom they advised me what to submit in order to claim, I submitted all claim docs by the 8th of Feb 2020 & till today the 18th of Aug 2020, no one is assisting me, I send several emails no one rep****, I did several calls but no one is assisting me, I have even involved my legal entity legal wise but to date I am not assisted.

May someone assist me please to get the claim for Dad please.
