Perfect Service = Perfect Sales Reps communication and relationship
I called MiWay twice on different occasions and I was extremely happy with the customer reps who assisted me with my insurance as I am a new member to MiWay and I'm not fami**** with such things as I am a new member. I would like to recommend that something good should be done to the 2 ladies who assisted me. They go by the name Ofentse Tshukudu and Maropeng Makua (Hope I got their names alright)...
I just hope they get recognised for the good work they have done. (Ofentse) you take #1
