I would like to extend my gratitude to Tshegofatso Sibanda from your Liabilities division. I was assisting my mom who had a 3rd party claim with you guys and can say that i am happy with the way our query was handled. The claim did take longer than we would have liked it to take however, having people like Tshego make it more bearable to wait. As a service warrior myself, it is important to make the customer feel important and that their matter is very important. Even if the matter takes long to resolve, keeping the customer on the loop at all times remedies the situation. Constant updates assures the customer that their query is definitely being attended to. I received all of this and more from Tshego. There was no day where i sent her a follow up email and she didn't respond. Every time i called in. frustrated, requesting to speak to her and only her, she was always there to take my call or call me back if she was not available at the time i called. You have got yourself a GEM here and i hope that management recognizes employees like her because they are real brand ambassadors. I could go on and on but in a nutshell, thank you Tshego for being the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
