Paying to insure something that doesn’t exist!

Dear MiWay,

I am sick of repeating myself, go listen to every single call I have made requesting your department to cancel my policy.

You can not insure something that does not exist. You charged me for contents that was no longer at Annimeer Complex. I told you I moved and I was not happy with premium of the new house. I had to keep hanging up because your companies idea of efficiency is having a consultant that can’t do anything and has to transfer me to a senior advisor.

I work and don’t have time to hold on a re explain myself.

I want a refund from the day I moved houses because you CAN NOT INSURE SOMETHING THAT DOES not exist, I couldn’t submit a claim so why am I paying a premium over something I can’t claim for.

I have complained several times and I’ve had consultants who had no idea what they doing, consultants who were shocked and agreed with me and then the last consultant who hang up the phone on me while I was looking for a statement, I was still on the phone and heard her hang up without checking if I was still on the other line.

If this is not sorted immediately then I want copies of very single call I have ever had and I will take it to the Obudsman.

Oh and before all of this I had one consultant promise me a 0 excess and then the next one told me it can’t be done. I want that addressed as well.
