Paying for no cover??

I was with Outsurance. I logged on to HelloPeter to look at the reviews of vehicle insurance companies - because I could not afford Outsurance anymore. Miway stood out immediately with their raving reviews. So I've signed up. So I've been paying for my car for a couple of months now. I've logged into the app recently and saw a message that I have to take my car for inspection, because no inspection is no cover. This is the first word I hear about it. I dont have an issue taking my car for inspection - at all. I've got a problem with the fact that I have been paying for exactly what the app says - no cover. Now why have I been paying for no cover? Miway called me a couple of times about other insurance products, and never mentioned inspection. Again, inspection - no problem. But I have been paying for no cover. Aikona. So I will take my car for inspection - but I want my money back that I have been paying from day one to today - for no cover. I wont pay for no cover.
