Pay out claim to fix the damage on my car

it's been more then a month now I put a claim in to miway as one of they clients drove into me. with all the forms police case nr everything they come with each time new accuse.

this is the feed back I'm getting the whole time as I told them I will go put a complaint in against them then they quick to phone make a other accuse...

I told them also I stay on the coast my car is getting more damaged as longer as they take..

so now I'm done they are worst company to make payouts if it comes to claims
