PAY MY CLAIM!!!! YOU RECEIVED EXCESS FEE 3 WEEKS AGO.
I need my claim to be paid out,your client paid excess fee 3 weeks ago and everyday when I call you guys just say there's no progress. This car I need to fix is my bread and butter and I haven't been working since June on the day of accident. What is wrong with you people? Your client drove on oncoming traffic,they paid you excess fee why is my claim not being processed?
