Pay for car rental but do not get one!

Hail damage, claim approved and I take my car to the panel beater (PB) after ensuring myself they had received the spare parts, I call MiWay asking for the rental car I am allowed to get (friends going thru the same claim received a rental car at home without even asking)... MiWay says you cannot get a car if the PB hasn't received the sapre parts. During 20 days, they tell me that they cannot approve a rental car as they don't know if the panel beater (PB) received the parts, and then confirm to me that the PB still hasn't received the parts. But me being in contact with the PB he confirms like 3 times that he received the parts before I dropped off the car. So I had to send complaints to finally get a rental approved. Now 7 days into the rental, MiWay has decided that I can only get the rental for 9 days and not 10... At this point I do not even want to call them to complain about this because I just feel like they are professional ****mers.
