PAY BACK MY MONEY

They canceled my services on the 1st of November 2023, I then rep**** asking them to remove my details from the system. They debited my account on the 15th of November without my consent and I reversed the debit order for an amount of R277.76. I thought that was the end of it, they debited my account again on the 14th of December and till today, they have refused to refund me my money. They again debited my account on the 23rd of December with an amount of R277.76. I am now being told that they will refund me back after 7 working days as if I have an agreement with them. This is disgusting and they are touching my account without my consent. I sent them my full transaction history to show the debit order which went off on the 14th of December, but still no money in my account. How pathetic.
