Pay back my money am not insured with you

I joined MiWay in June 2023 business insurance with bolt and Uber in July they told me they can’t assist me since am a high risk they don’t cover for bolt only if you insured with them for less than 6months they cancelled my insurance on the third of July and they told me I will get my refund back in three working days it’s been 2weeks now and everyone is avoiding me there mg emails my calls they reply me bad but when they needed me they called every minute and emailed me every second now I can’t even get e reply and their consultant are forever busy
