Patrick Mbalati assisted me with road assistance case today 17/11/2025. He was polite, explained everything to me. Ensured that we were safe . He kept updating me and checking is all is well. He redeemed Miway’s customer service for me. I was first assisted by a lady named Angeline Mbatha who asked me all the questions and then told me the tow truck will there in 45min to an hour. After 40min I sent a message back to ask if I can contact the towing person to find out how far he is then I was assisted by Patrick who told me that there was no case logged hence no tow truck had been assigned. He then proceeded with helping me. The First Lady was so inconsiderate. I was dark and we were on the side of the freeway. Thank you Patrick.
