Patrick made all efforts on his side to ensure that I get the necessary assistance we needed and continuously checked on me. When knocking off, even a bit later than his normal knock off time, he handed my matter over to Tumisang who checked on me even after the matter was resolved to ensure that we are well taken care of and assisted as required.
